Welcome to Divi.Hotel. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.
Reservations and Cancellations
Booking
Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 5 (Five) days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: Check-in is from 15:00 (3PM) onwards.
Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 (12PM).
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Rates and Payments
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is guaranteed.
Taxes and Fees: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
Payment Methods: We accept Paypal and bank transfers only.
Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with hotel policies.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Hotel Services
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Parking: One free parking place is available for guests. Charges may apply for extra vehicle.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is provided.
Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability
The hotel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services provided.

Benoni N12 offer various state of the art conference, wedding and function venues around Benoni and Boksburg for up to 800 people. We are close to various golf courses and entertainment venues just a short drive away. We are also meters away from the racetrack.
